Bill Adams and Bob Anderson, who founded the Leadership Circle, were both key influences in my life. Not only was using instrument, and being faculty for training others to use it key for the past 25 years, but the underlying model exposed me to adult development.

I studied adult development with Dr. Susanne Cook Greuter and Beena Sharma, then with Dr. Bill Torbert and then Dr. Robert Kegan’s work through Jennifer Garvey Berger. The deep understanding of how adults develop over lifespan, mature, and expand their capabilities was key for me answering the question.
